You can let an underwriter go. You can discipline an adjuster. You can recover from a third party. This film follows those three remedies, shows what is left of them once the decision sits inside a model, and sets out what has to be built in their place.

For thirty years the industry built a better screen. This film is about what happens when the buyer steps away from it, what that does to distribution and to settlement, and the one thing that still has to be earned before any of it works.

How they are made
